This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Rodeo Bandits Co., 11550 Wadsworth Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80020 (“Sponsor”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Quebec, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on the date announced on Sponsor’s website and social media channels and ends when 150 eligible entries have been received. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

5. HOW TO ENTER

You may enter in one of the following ways:

a) Purchase Entry:

Make a purchase of $50 or more (before tax & shipping) on eligible Rodeo Bandits merchandise during the Promotion Period. You will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $50 spent in a single transaction.

b) No Purchase Entry (Mail-In Method)

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter the giveaway without making a purchase by submitting a mail-in entry as follows:

On a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper, clearly hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Place the completed card in a standard #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage affixed, and mail it to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Promotion end date and received no later than 7 calendar days after the closing of the Promotion to be eligible.

Each envelope must contain only one (1) entry. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one envelope) will not be accepted. Mail-in entries must be hand-printed by the entrant; mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.

By submitting a mail-in entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will be provided. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that their mail-in entry is properly postmarked and delivered on time.

All entries must be received before the Promotion closes to be eligible.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a prize package including one pair of Ariat or Justins boots paid for by Rodeo Bandits co. (style and color to be selected from options provided by Sponsor), and Rodeo Bandits apparel. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): up to $400 USD. Actual value may vary based on selections and availability.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be announced on Sponsor’s social media channels, website, and notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner has 72 hours from the time of notification to claim their prize by responding to Sponsor. If the prize is not claimed within 72 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted photo(s) in connection with the Promotion and for promotional purposes on Sponsor’s social media, website, and other marketing materials without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (both purchase and no-purchase entries).

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants also release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
